How to Measure:
- Lay an existing t-shirt flat.
- Body Width: Measure 3cm below armpit, from one side to the other.
- Body Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the t-shirt.

Custom PCs Asutralia Merch is printed at the supplier and sent straight to your door with express postage. The process usually is completed within 7 business days.

How long will my merch take to be shipped?
Our merch will usually be shipped with 7 business days.
The product doesn't fit. Can we refund or exchange?
Similar to our change of mind policy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the item does not fit the customer. This is due to the custom and individual nature of each print.
Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items
We will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item received, OGO will reprint and send out a replacement at no charge. Your customers don’t even need to send back the incorrect goods, and they get to keep it. WInning!
Do you ship outside of Australia?
At this stage we have no plans to ship outside of Australia.
